Stephan Ottenbruch, Board Member of the German Academy of Television, will present the Academy’s AI workshop, which trains creatives in fiction film and television professions in the use of AI tools. The focus is on the fields of cinematography, make up and hair design, set design, directing, editing, and production. The workshop launched online in April 2026.

During the panel discussion, key experiences and insights from the workshops will be brought together and reflected together. The focus will be on new creative workflows, practical applications of AI, and the impact on existing production processes. At the same time, the discussion—with panelists and workshop participants in attendance—will provide a space for exchanging ideas about sustainable changes in the industry.
