Michael Zschiesche is part of the first generation of digital natives and combines technical know-how with strategic media expertise. After completing his training as a computer scientist and earning a degree in media management, he began his professional career as a project manager at Ad Alliance, focusing on special ads, media planning, performance planning, and target audience planning. He then moved to RTL Deutschland, where, as a brand manager, he was responsible for strategic brand management and played a key role in shaping the digital transformation of RTL’s marketing.

Since 2017, Michael Zschiesche has also served as a lecturer at Macromedia University in Cologne, teaching courses in social media, performance marketing, and campaigning. Since 2023, he has been the Managing Director of 2know.agency GmbH, focusing on the strategic use of artificial intelligence in marketing. Today, he advises companies on integrating AI into their daily operations and on developing forward-looking digital strategies.
