Pascal Schröder is a producer, director, and creative executive. He studied directing at the Hamburg Media School and focuses on innovative storytelling formats and new creative production workflows. He directed The Social Experiment, considered the first German feature film produced with virtual production technology, which was released in cinemas nationwide in Germany by Tobis Film. He also served as producer of the ZDF documentary series WTF is Jule, which received the Blauer Panther – Bavarian Television Award. As co-founder of Flappers Film & VFX, Pascal develops and produces projects for broadcasters and streaming platforms. He is particularly interested in how emerging technologies such as virtual production and AI can transform cinematic storytelling and open up new creative possibilities for series and film production. He is currently preparing his next feature film, A Little Dream of Me, an ambitious cinema project combining virtual production, Unreal Engine, and AI-driven visual technologies with traditional filmmaking craftsmanship.
