Matthias Schuster is Executive Creative Director at BDA Creative, where he works with an interdisciplinary team to develop campaigns, key art and innovative brand experiences.

Before joining BDA Creative, he spent many years at Serviceplan, where he won a number of creative awards for and with his main client, PENNY. As a trained media and communication designer, he learnt the craft of art direction from the ground up – back then, entirely without AI.
